David Giangano - President & Founder
David Giangano is an Engineering Executive with a proven track record of inspired leadership, creative thinking and increased revenue. He maintains extensive experience in building strategic alliances, structuring joint ventures and negotiating partnerships. His diverse background includes over 20 years of experience designing and developing a broad spectrum of IT solutions, specializing in telecommunications systems, IT system integration, voice & data convergence and application development. He currently holds multiple patents in disciplines ranging from data encryption to specialized data acquisition and digital signal processing applications. His technical works have been published in NASA and the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) journals and magazines. Mr. Giangano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 10 years with the Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Senior Design Engineer, Technical Specialist and Project Leader. He went on to serve as the Senior Vice-President of Engineering and System Services at 5B Technologies Corporation, a NASDAQ publicly traded company, prior to assuming his current post as President of Juma Technology.

Joseph Fuccillo - Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Joseph Fuccillo possesses a breadth of experience integrating successful IT business solutions. He is a results-oriented manager with a distinguished record of results in building and significantly improving IT services for a range of businesses. Mr. Fuccillo has led a distinguished career and has been highly influential in creating and shaping the IT infrastructure for hundreds of organizations including the largest electronic stock exchange, NASDAQ. Prior to becoming Juma's CTO, Mr. Fuccillo served as Senior Vice President at Xand Corporation, an IT hosting and managed services provider. He was tapped by Xand (formerly Cube Computer Corporation) to spearhead the company's migration from the computer hardware business to an eBusiness solutions provider. During his tenure at Xand, Mr. Fuccillo was credited with building the company's IT hosting business into a $10 million revenue unit in just 2 years, with no marketing budget and a handful of sales representatives. Prior to his post at Xand, Mr. Fuccillo founded Incisive Technologies, an independent IT consultancy and value-added reseller (VAR) that provided systems design and implementation services to clients such as Nortel, AT&T, IDT, HarvardNet and Prodigy. Previously, Mr. Fuccillo led the technology team at Westcom (Parent Company of VodaOne), a major distributor of high-end network and related security products. As Westcon's Director of Technical Services, he supported twelve vendor product lines, and successfully overhauled his unit's procedures, employee training and overall marketing, which resulted in a 300% improvement in service performance, and ultimately the conversion of a 100% cost center into a break-even sales support operation. Mr. Fuccillo began his career as a communications analyst with Orange and Rockland Utilities. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and is a certified technician in a variety of areas.

Edmond Baydian - Chief Service Officer
Edmond Baydian has a distinguished 16 plus years of experience in the technology industry. Mr. Baydian has amassed an extensive knowledge designing and delivering complex software development projects for managing large-scale communications networks. His background includes network engineering, network management, and application design, with contributions to intellectual property in the communications area. Mr. Baydian began his career as a systems and network engineer servicing financial institutions in the New York area. In recent years, he has taken his operational and technical skills and focused them on bringing emerging technologies to the market through both public and private ventures. Mr. Baydian was a founding member and Treasurer for Calvin Alexander Networking, which was purchased by Micromuse (NASD:MUSE) in 1999 for $42MM. He stayed on with Micromuse as a Director of Product Marketing for a newly created application group where he managed product roadmaps and supported sales, generating over $18M in new license revenue from major telecommunications companies such as British Telecom, SBC, Solomon Smith Barney, Sprint, among others. He managed a global product and delivery team of that serviced major markets on four continents. Mr. Baydian moved on to emerging network management vendor System Management Arts (SMARTS) as a Director of Product Management and propelled their standing within the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) market. He was recruited from SMARTS by wireless application upstart Rapix, to become their Chief Operating Officer in 2002 and revamp their business model. Mr. Baydian's duties included product marketing, product management, business development, and investor activities for the firm while growing their patent portfolio. Mr. Baydian joined Juma Technology to lead, devise and execute growth in the areas of managed services and hosted applications for the firm.

Anthony Fernandez, MBA, CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Anthony Fernandez has been involved with Juma Technology since its inception, first as Juma's outside financial advisor and accountant, and now as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Juma, Mr. Fernandez was the Director of Finance for Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("LXP") with over $2 billion in assets. While at Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, Mr. Fernandez was responsible for all Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, audit compliance and mergers and acquisition due diligence. During his tenure, Mr. Fernandez assisted with the acquisition of over 52 properties and over $130 million raised through equity sales. Prior to joining Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, Mr. Fernandez was the Corporate Controller for Register.com, Inc., the second largest Internet domain name registrar, which was a NASDAQ listed company (Register.com went private in October 2005) with $120 million in annual revenue and 580 employees worldwide. In this capacity Mr. Fernandez assisted in the management of a $210 million portfolio, all SEC reporting and compliance, tax compliance and financial computer systems implementations. Prior to joining Register.com, Mr. Fernandez served as the Chief Financial Officer for 5B Technologies Corp., a NASDAQ listed conglomerate with annual sales of $38 million. The firm owned subsidiaries in the leasing, employee staffing and technology consulting industries. At 5B Technologies, Mr. Fernandez was responsible for all financial matters, human resources and various other aspects of company operations. During the latter part of the 1990s Mr. Fernandez was the Chief Financial Officer of DSO Fluid Handling, a privately held manufacturer of replacement parts for machinery used in the food and pharmaceutical industry. At DSO, Mr. Fernandez was responsible for all financial matters, human resources, operations and technology. In addition, , Mr. Fernandez had an eight year career working for various mid-sized to large CPA firms, including BDO Seidman LLP. Mr. Fernandez is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and obtained his MBA in accounting from Hofstra University in 1992.

Joseph Cassano - Executive Vice President of Sales
Joseph Cassano is a seasoned sales professional responsible for Juma's highly structured sales organization. He is charged with overseeing a department specifically designed to partner with customers and help them build high-performance communications solutions to handle emerging business applications. Mr. Cassano's background includes various senior level sales and business operations positions in the New York commercial markets. Prior to joining Juma Technology, Mr. Cassano was the Area Vice President of Sales for Expanets of New York, Avaya's largest and most strategic business partner. Mr. Cassano also held executive level positions with market leading technology companies, including Lucent Technologies and AT&T Information Systems. He brings extensive experience in sales and operations with over 25 years in the communications industry. Mr. Cassano began his career in 1980 with The New York Telephone Company, now known as Verizon Communications.

Frances Vinci - Executive Vice President of Business Development & Co-Founder
Fran Vinci maintains 20 years of experience as an operations and human resources manager. She brings with her an established management ability and a superior record of organizational success that have proven to drastically increase internal efficiencies. Ms. Vinci began this aspect of her career at MCI, where she turned the customer service division into a profit center by converting their travel and entertainment industry customer credits into sales by selling those credits to new customers as a function of customer service. She went on to manage the recruitment division of 5B Technologies, Inc., a NASD publicly traded company with annual sales of $38 million, and continued with 5B to become operations manager. In that capacity, Ms. Vinci created and implemented an IT outsourcing and consulting division, a business unit that enhanced 5B's bottom line performance through this additional services offering, which filled various technical positions for outside clients.
